Ingredients:
1 medium head green cabbage, chopped |
1 carrot, grated |
1/3 green bell pepper, diced |
1/3 red bell pepper, diced |
1/3 yellow bell pepper, diced |
1 onion, diced |
1 cup mayonnaise or more if needed |
3 to 4 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard |
3 to 4 teaspoons horseradish |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste after mixing and adjust mustard, mayonnaise and horseradish, salt and pepper, if needed. Chill before serving. 2.
