I did this banderillas for my daughter;s bday, they were easy, crispy, delicious, and colorful too. Ingredients:
500 grs. puff pastry |
1 egg well beaten |
200 grs. sugar |
color sugar crystals |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 300 f. grease several baking sheets with butter. 2. Roll puff pastry on a floured surface. 3. with a brush spread enough egg 4. sift some regular sugar and then the colored sugar 5. with a knife make straight long lines 6. or you can cut them into any shape 7. arrange them in the baking sheets giving a good separation 8. here we call them banderillas because they are cut long and narrow, 9. hope you like them! |
