Colonel Jim's Official Bbq Sauce

This recipe was given to me by one of my ol' shipmates from the USS KIRK DE 1087, The Colonel (by Southern Birth Right)Jim Bon Bongaard. We served in the 70's together, We had our first reunion in June 2004 in San Diego, California. Jim states, (Quote) You can put this stuff on a stick and you'll love it. so please try it and rate it. Jim will be thrilled!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lowry season salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon dry garlic powder
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon hot chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 large chicken bouillon cubes or 1 large vegetable bouillon cubes or 1 large beef bouillon cubes or 1 large fish bouillon cube (depending on what you're bbqing)
Directions:
1. Toss it all in a pan.
2. Simmer till the oil separates 15- 20 minutes.
