For any Colombian food you serve, always have some aji on the table. Hot, spicy, fresh, and flavorful. Ingredients:
10 jalapeno peppers, seeded |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups chopped green onions |
1 cup chopped cilantro |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine jalapenos, water, vinegar, lemon juice, green onions, cilantro and salt. Blend until smooth; refrigerate until ready to serve. |
