My friend, Colleen, uses this marinade for pork, beef, chicken- and always has good results. Now I do, too! (my version is lower sodium than hers) The recipe makes enough marinade for 5 lbs of meat, so adjust accordingly. Ingredients:
2/3 cup wine vinegar |
1/2 cup ketchup |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
4 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together and use to marinate meat- 1-4 hours. |
