Ingredients:
1 lb pork neckbones (smoked)
2 bunches collard greens
1 tablespoon bacon drippings
dash red pepper sauce
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Par boil neck bones til tender in a large sauce pan
2. remove from broth
3. While neck bones are simmering,clean and prepare collards,by washing ,stemming and cutting them up.
4. Add greens to broth
5. Cook on low heat until tender.add bacon drippings,red pepper sauce .Season to taste with salt and pepper.
