This is a way to perk up collard greens.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked collard greens
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup of cranberries
1/4 cup of pecans
3 tablespons of butter or margirine
Directions:
1. After cooking the collard greens and rice, mix in the cranberries, butter and the pecans, cook until simmering.
2. Serve hot.
3. Makes about 8 to 10 servings, depending on size of portion
