Ingredients:
4 slices bacon, coarsely chopped |
2 cups water |
1 pound collard greens, trimmed, washed and thinly chopped |
dash sugar |
salt |
Directions:
1. Render bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. 2. To rapidly boiling water add collard greens, sugar and salt. Cook until tender. Drain and toss with bacon |
