Coleslaw with Garden Vegetables

Ingredients:
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 purple onion
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (10-ounce) package shredded angel hair cabbage slaw
Directions:
1. Chop bell peppers and onion. Reserve remaining red bell pepper for Week 2 and remaining green bell pepper for Oregano-Feta Dressing.
2. Stir together mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add bell pepper, onion, and slaw, tossing well to coat. Cover and chill.
