Ingredients:
1/4 red bell pepper |
1/4 green bell pepper |
1/4 purple onion |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1/4 cup light sour cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon celery seeds |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (10-ounce) package shredded angel hair cabbage slaw |
Directions:
1. Chop bell peppers and onion. Reserve remaining red bell pepper for Week 2 and remaining green bell pepper for Oregano-Feta Dressing. 2. Stir together mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add bell pepper, onion, and slaw, tossing well to coat. Cover and chill. |
