Coleslaw With Dill, Russian-style |

A fresh, light, not-sweet coleslaw. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) bag coleslaw mix or 1 (15 ounce) bag shredded cabbage |
1 bunch fresh dill, chopped |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together coleslaw mix (or cabbage) and dill in a large bowl. 2. Add salt to taste. 3. Mix in mayonnaise, stirring thoroughly. 4. Taste, and adjust salt and mayo accordingly. 5. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving (but, if you are in a pinch, just serve right away). |
