Coleslaw With Cumin-Lime Vinaigrette |

This is a recipe from Bobbie Flay. It is a fesh, vibrant slaw that tastes like summer! Ingredients:
1/3 cup fesh lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
3 dashes hot sauce (bobby flay's or your favorite) |
1/2 cup olive oil |
3 carrots, peeled and shredded |
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded |
1 red bell pepper, julienned |
1 red onion, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Place first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, toss with the dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
