Ingredients:
1 medium cabbage, shredded |
2 medium onions, finely chopped |
2 carrots, scraped and shredded |
1 medium-size green pepper, seeded and chopped |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup vegetable oil |
3/4 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon celery seeds |
lettuce cups |
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; toss lightly. Combine sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard, and celery seeds in a small saucepan. Cook until sugar dissolves. Pour over vegetables; stir. Cover and chill. Serve in lettuce cups. |
