This dish goes with fried chicken or sandwitch. I don't like sweet, creamy, waterly type of coleslaw. This coleslaw is crunch and tangy. Ingredients:
1 package (16oz.) coleslaw mix. |
1/2 cup mayo |
1/4 cup white vinegar. |
2 tablespoon spring onion, chopped ( i use middle part of green onion). |
1 tablespoon sugar. |
1/2 teaspoon cerely salt. |
a pinch of white pepper |
Directions:
1. Pulse cole slaw mix in a food processor until finely chopped, or chop by hand. transfer to the medium bowl. 2. Using regular blade on food processor process remaining ingredients (mayo. vinegar, spring onion, sugar cerely salt, white pepper) until smooth. 3. Pour coleslaw dressing 4. over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly. 5. Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving. |
