Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup(s) finely chopped red onion |
2/3 cup(s) reduced fat mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 cup(s) shredded cabbage |
1/2 cup(s) shredded carrot |
2 teaspoon(s) sugar |
2 teaspoon(s) vinegar |
Directions:
1. Cover cabbage with cold water combined with salt; let soak for about an hour; drain. 2. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar. 3. Add drained cabbage, and all vegetables, tossing lightly until all vegetables are well coated with dressing. 4. Refrigerate, covered, several hours before serving. |
