The Vegetarian Kitchen Table Cookbook Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs yellow tomatoes (about 4) |
1 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
salt |
1 pinch cayenne |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
8 leaves fresh thai basil, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, puree tomatoes, orange juice, olive oil, salt to taste and cayenne pepper. 2. Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 6 hours. 3. Serve garnish with sour cream and basil. |
