A soothing herbal tea that will soothe a sore throat. Adapted from Delicious Living. Ingredients:
4 cups pure water |
1 cinnamon stick |
1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dried chamomile |
1 tablespoon dried peppermint |
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a simmer over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. 2. Strain into a large glass jar. 3. Drink 1 cup (hot) every few hours. |
