This recipe appeared in the Pioneer Press newspapers 6/24/99. Ingredients:
2 cups sour cream |
3 cups 2% low-fat milk |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 pint washed strawberry |
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 tablespoons honey |
sliced strawberry |
Directions:
1. Blend all indreds. 2. (Add more milk if too thick, more sour cream if too thin). 3. Serve cold. 4. This soup will keep 2 days in the refrigerator. |
