Ingredients:
16 ounce(s) artichokes, quartered
asparagus
1 pint(s) cherry tomatoes
3/4 cup(s) diced celery
2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
2 tablespoon(s) fresh chives
2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
2 pound(s) grilled steak, chilled
2 clove(s) minced garlic
1/4 cup(s) oil
1 teaspoon(s) onion salt
pepper to taste
1 pound(s) sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1/3 cup(s) white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients to make dressing.
2. Thinly slice steak and cut into bite size pieces.
3. Combine last 7 ingredients and dressing. Chill 6 hours. Serve on lettuce.
