Spaghetti, tomatoes, basil. Delicious summer salad. Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti |
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
4 tomatoes |
2 tablespoons fresh basil, chiffonade |
1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon ground pepper |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
crushed red pepper flakes (optiona) |
Directions:
1. cook spaghetti al dente, let cool. 2. place spaghetti in bowl. 3. add tomatoes, olive oil and spices. 4. add herbs and toss. |
