This came from a hints, tips and remedies yahoo email group. I love remedy recipes and I want to see more of them here. The author used this to calm irritated tissues and clear the air during the San Diego fires. She normally uses it for colds. Ingredients:
10 drops eucalyptus essential oils |
10 drops peppermint oil |
10 drops tea tree essential oils |
10 drops rosemary essential oils |
Directions:
1. Add to a small pot of boiling water and inhale. 2. Add more oil as needed. |
