Cold noodle salad with sesame dressing and chicken. Ingredients:
300 g |
2 tbsp |
2 tbsp honey |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp sesame seeds |
1 tbsp cayenne pepper |
1/2 cup cilantro |
3 cloves garlic |
1/2 cup water |
1 sweet red pepper, slivered |
12 baby carrots, grated |
1/4 cucumber, slivered |
2/3 cup chicken breast |
Directions:
1. Prepare spagetti/spagettini as package directs. 2. Grill chicken until cooked. 3. In a blender or food processer, combine honey, peanut butter, soy sauce, oilive oil, sesames, cayenne pepper, cilantro, garlic, and 1/2 cup of water from the past. Blend until smooth. 4. Mix pasta, sauce, peppers, carrots, cucumbers, and chicken. 5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving |
