                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup rice  |  
                                                1/2 cup sweet cream  |  
                                                1/2 cup sugar  |  
                                                salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon spice essence  |  
                                                3 cups milk  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Boil the rice in milk with a little salt. 2. Cool. 3. Add sugar and 2 tbsps. 4. whipped cream. 5. Pack into a jelly mould. 6. Allow to get cool. 7. Turn out. 8.
