A really easy cold remedy...that just warms the body. Also a good body cleanser. Ingredients:
1 slice ginger (2 cm thickness) |
1/2 fresh lemon rind |
1 cup hot hot water |
honey (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Infuse the slices of ginger and lemon rind in boiling hot water for 3 minutes. 2. Add honey to sweeten (to taste). 3. Great sip when having a cold. |
