This chili is quick and easy to throw together at the end of a busy day. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed & drained |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1/2-3/4 cup water |
1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 tablespoon white vinegar |
2 teaspoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion and drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. |
