Nice on poached salmon. From the Westhampton Garden Club. Chill time included. Ingredients:
2 cups cucumbers, seeded, chopped |
2 cups fresh dill, cut up |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise |
salt |
pepper |
cayenne |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients in food processor. 2. Chill 3-4 hours before serving. 3. Serve with salmon or poached white fish. |
