My Aunt Dawn made this for every shower or open house she did. I love it.
Ingredients:
2 c cooked, cut chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 can pineapple tidbits
1c grapes, sliced or left whole, which ever color you choose
1 c. pecan halves
1c. mayo - not salad dressing
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.
2. Drain pineapple juice from can and reserve.
3. Mix Chicken pieces, pineapple, celery grapes and pecans.
4. Mix together mayo and reserved pineapple juice
5. Toss with chicken mixture.
6. Serve on a bed of lettuce with any variety of fruit on the side.
