Cold Cantaloupe Soup

Ingredients:
2 medium cantaloupes, halved and seeded
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sauterne or other sweet white wine
fresh mint sprigs (optional)
Directions:
1. Scoop out cantaloupe balls with a small melon bailer to equal 2 cups; set aside. Combine remaining cantaloupe pulp, orange juice, lime juice, and brown sugar in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
2. Combine cantaloupe mixture, melon balls, and wine in a large mixing bowl; cover and chill thoroughly. Stir well before serving in chilled bowls as a dessert soup. Garnish with mint, if desired.
