A tasty salad for those hot summer days. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs asparagus |
3/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped |
2 teaspoons canola oil |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup sugar |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Blanch asparagus. 2. Arrange in oblong serving dish. 3. Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Pour over asparagus. 4. May be prepared the night before. 5. Sprinkle with pecans and pepper before serving. |
