1 slice whole grain bread |
2 tablespoons cottage cheese or 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese |
1 large dried leaf basil (or a pinch of dried basil) |
2 slices tomatoes |
drizzle olive oil |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Toast 1 slice whole-grain bread. 2. Top with 2 tablespoons cottage cheese (or ricotta), 1 large basil leaf (or sprinkle with dried basil), 2 tomato slices, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper. |
