THIS IS A DELICIOUS CAKE! Ingredients:
1(2-layer) package swiss chocolate cake mix |
1 ( 4-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding mix |
1(10-ounce) bottle cola soft drink |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs, lightly beaten |
mocha frosting |
1/4 melted butter |
21/2 tablespoons baking cocoa |
3 cups confectioners sugar |
1/4 cup of strong black coffee |
Directions:
1. COMBINE THE CAKE MIX, PUDDING MIX, SODA, VEGETABLE OIL AND EGGS IN A MIXING BOWL. 2. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL BLENDED. 3. SPOON INTO A GREASED 9X13- INCH CAKE PAN. 4. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES. 5. LET STAND UNTIL COOL. 6. SPREAD WITH MOCHA FROSTING OR OTHER FAVORITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING. 7. MOCHA FROSTING: 8. BEAT 1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER AND 21/2 TABLESPOONS BAKING COCOA IN A MIXING BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER. 9. ADD 3 CUPS CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR AND 1/4 CUP STRONG COFFEE AND MIX WELL. |
