Coke and ketchup teamed together to make a tasty sauce for pork chops! Great served over mashed potatoes or buttered noodles. Another simple and quick recipe from Busy Womans Cookbook. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
6 pork chops |
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup coca-cola |
1 small onion, chopped about 1/2 cup |
Directions:
1. Brown both sides of chops in oil in skillet with onion.
2. Mix ketchup and coke together and pour over chops.
3. Cook on low about 35 minutes until tender.
