I received this from a friend. It is very easy and can be served as a drink or for dessert. I have served it at many parties and gatherings with over whelming approval. Ingredients:
3 cups of french vanilla brewed coffee |
2 cups sugar |
3 pints half-and-half or 3 pints fat-free half-and-half |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Pour brewed coffee into a large container or bowl. 2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. 3. Stir in half and half and vanilla mix well. 4. Cover and freeze overnight. 5. About a hour before serving remove from freezer. 6. Just before serving chop up for slush. |
