These are incredible. So rich, so chocolatey and very impressive. Ingredients:
1 package frozen puff pastry shells |
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder or granules |
1 teaspoon water |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1 cup heavy cream |
1/2 cup chocolate covered english toffee crushed |
1 ounce bar milk chocolate cut or shaved into curls |
Directions:
1. Bake and cool pastry shells according to package directions. 2. Mix coffee and water until dissolved. 3. In medium bowl mix coffee mixture, sugar and cream. 4. Beat with electric mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form then fold in crushed candy. 5. Divide mixture among pastry shells and top with chocolate curls. 6. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. |
