COFFEE PEANUT BUTTER PIE WITH CARAMEL TOPPING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Henry Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1980. Ingredients:
1 graham pie crust |
18 ounce jar caramel ice cream fudge topping slightly heated |
8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed |
1-1/2 pints coffee ice cream |
2 cups creamy peanut butter |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Mix ice cream and peanut butter together on low speed for 1 minute. 2. Pour into graham pie crust and freeze until firm. 3. Warm ice cream topping slightly and spoon over ice cream mixture then return to freezer. 4. Serve with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts. |
