Had this at a birthday party.Delicious. Can also be made with peanut butter cookie dough and whatever flavor ice cream you want. Ingredients:
1 tube (16-1/2 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough |
2 c coffee ice cream(or whatever flavor you want) |
whipped cream |
chocolate syrup |
1/3 c english toffee bits or almond brickle chips |
Directions:
1. Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 mins to soften. Cut into 12 slices;press onto the bottoms and up the sides of greased muffin cups. 2. Bake at 350 for 12-14 mins or until golden brown. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Spoon coffee ice creaminto each cookie cup. Cover and freeze for 1-2 hours or till firm. 3. Remove from pan. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with toffee bits. |
