Coffee Heath Bar Ice Cream |

Incredible recipe that we make all summer long. Enjoy. Ingredients:
4 heath bars |
2 large eggs |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 cups heavy cream |
1 cup whole milk |
3 tablespoons freeze dried coffee |
Directions:
1. Using a sharp knife cut candy bars into 1/2 chunks. 2. Place chucks in a bowl then cover and freeze. 3. Whisk egg in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy then whisk in sugar a little at a time and continue to whisk until completely blended. 4. Pour in cream, milk and 2 tablespoons of the coffee then whisk to blend. 5. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker and freeze following manufacturer's instructions. 6. After ice cream stiffens about 2 minutes before it is done add heath bars and remaining coffee. 7. Continue freezing until ice cream is ready. |
