Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee

3 tbsp fine sugar

Directions:

1. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add coffee and sugar, whisk until just combined.
3. Use immediately.
