I have not tried this recipe. I got it South Beach Daily Diet Dish. Ingredients:
1 cup crushed ice |
3/4 cup very strong coffee, chilled |
1/2 cup nonfat milk |
2 tablespoons granular sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (south beach diet approved) |
2 tablespoons whipped topping (south beach diet approved) |
Directions:
1. Add ice, coffee, milk, sugar substitute, and syrup to a blender. 2. Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and ice is incorporated. 3. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with whipped topping. 4. Serve immediately. |
