This recipe is courtesy of the Central Market in Fort Worth, Texas. Ingredients:
1 cup espresso |
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream |
1 1/2 tablespoons grand marnier |
1 -1 1/2 cup cracked ice |
1/2 cup whipped cream |
2 tablespoons candied orange peel |
Directions:
1. Process the espresso, confectioners' sugar, cream and Grand Marnier in a blender for 30 seconds. Add the ice gradually, blending on High constantly. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy. 2. Spoon into stemmed glasses and top with a dollop of whipped cream and candied orange peel. 3. Serve immediately. |
