I admit I was a sucker for the name of this intriguing coffee shake. Sadly I will have to depend on you guys to tell me how good this is because I have not seen a jar of Marshmallow Fluff since I came to Iceland. Enjoy. Ingredients:
1 cup milk (well-chilled) |
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules |
1/4 cup marshmallow cream |
Directions:
1. Put well-chilled milk, instant coffee granules & Marshmallow Fluff in a blender.
2. Blend 30 seconds or until all ingredients are well-mixed & smooth.
3. NOTES: Personally, I would rather use my immersion blender for this & make a single 10 oz serving out of it. 5 oz is just never enough of a coffee fix for me.
