You can enjoy the taste of coffee on a hot day Ingredients:
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder |
2 tabblespoons of suger |
3/4 cup of hot water |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
4 cups cold milk |
6 scoops vanilla ice-cream |
cocoa powder, to sprinkle |
Directions:
1. 1. Dissolve coffee and suger in the hot water 2. 2. Pour into a bowl. Add the vanilla essence and milk 3. 3. Stir it all well 4. 4. Chill in the fridge untill it's very cold 5. 5. Whisk untill it's foamy 6. 6. Put a scoop of ice-cream into 6 tall glasses 7. 7. Fill each glass with mixture 8. 8. Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder. Pop in a straw and serve |
