This is another one of those recipes that I've had for a long time and don't know where it's from. This is great on a chocolate cake. Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese, room temperature |
3 tablespoons hot water |
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee |
2 (2 ounce) envelopes choco-bake |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 cups powdered sugar, sifted |
Directions:
1. Combine the cream cheese, hot water, coffee and Choco-Bake blending well. Add salt and the powdered sugar gradually and whip till light and fluffy. Fills and frosts two 8 inch cake layers or one 9x13 inch cake. |
