Perfect with a cup of coffee. Ingredients:
1 stick of butter |
1 package of cream cheese |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup wheat flour |
1/2 tsp. baking powder |
3 teaspoons instant coffee |
2 teaspoons cocoa powder |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1 egg |
24 chocolate kisses |
mini muffin tins |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Beat together all the ingredients.
3. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Roll little balls from the dough and place them in mini muffin tins.
5. Press a chocolate kiss in the center of each dough ball.
6. Bake the cookie dough balls in a 325 degree oven for 20-24 minutes.
