                    These muffins are delicious. I loved it. There moist and delicious to have with tea. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 c. brown sugar  |  
                                                1/2 c. walnuts, chopped(optional)  |  
                                                2 tbsp. flour  |  
                                                2 tsp. cinnamon  |  
                                                2 tbsp. melted butter  |  
                                                1 1/2 c. flour  |  
                                                1/2 c. sugar  |  
                                                2 tsp. baking powder  |  
                                                1/2 tsp. salt  |  
                                                1/4 c. cooking oil  |  
                                                1 beaten egg  |  
                                                1/2 c. milk  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Topping: In small bowl, mix (with fork) brown sugar, nuts, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and butter; set aside. 2. Mix together remainder of ingredients. Put 1/2 of batter in bottom of 10 to 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle 1/2 of topping mix over batter. Cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle with remainder of topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. 3. Variation: Add 1 diced apple to batter.                              |
