Lowfat, low calorie coffee cake. Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup oats |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce |
3/4 cup nonfat milk |
2 egg whites |
1/8 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
