Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup strong brewed coffee

1 tablespoon bourbon

Directions:

1. Bring sugar, water, and coffee to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in bourbon.
