I really like chocolate covered coffee beans-Love'm-Love'm-so I thought,why not,combine my two vices,Fudge and chocolate covered coffee beans. Ingredients:
1 (4-serving size) vanilla pudding |
1 tablespoon instant coffee |
2 tablespoons coffee liqueur |
2 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoon butter |
2 cups powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla(pure) |
1/4 cup broken ,salted ,cashews |

Directions:
1. Butter Pan. 2. Combine pudding mix,instant coffee,milk and butter in saucepan. 3. Brind to Boil over medium heat,stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar ,vanilla,coffee liqueur. 5. Beat until smooth. 6. Add the broken ,salted ,Cashews. 7. Pour quickly into pan. 8. Space the chocolate covered coffee beans where there will be 9. one per,cube of fudge,then sprinkle finely chopped cashews on top. 10. Press down slightly to make contact to fudge. 11. Chill until firm,about 30 minutes 12. Cut into pieces 13. Cover and refrigerate. |
