1/2 cup sugar |
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
12 egg whites |
1 teaspoon cream of tartar |

2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
2 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1/4 cup powdered sugar |
