Easy jamaican-named, Indian recipe Ingredients:
400ml milk |
80g sugar (powdered) |
4 egg-whites |
20g gelatin |
100g whipped cream |
20g coffee powder |
Directions:
1. Boil and cool milk. 2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. 3. With egg white, beat sugar powder. Afterwards, add the cooled milk to it. 4. Add the gelatin and cream to it. 5. Pour into moulds and refrigerate. |
