This is every mans dream recipe. You get to use the fryer and the grill!
Ingredients:
2 fresh pineapple
brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter together until fragrant.
2. Skin and core the pineapple, then cut into rings and coat with brown sugar.
3. Fry the pineapple until it is golden brown, sprinkle with more brown sugar and finish on the grill until the sugar carmalizes.
4. Serve with sour cream.
